We’ve been bringing mad Tex-Mex flavours to Birmingham since 2012. Perios is an independent brand – fresh, vibrant, and a little bit Mad.
Our team is properly passionate about Mexican food. We’re talking perfectly loaded tacos, epic burritos, sizzling fajitas and nachos that’ll blow your mind. Everything’s made with fresh, local ingredients because that’s just how we roll.
The bar’s where things get interesting. We’ve teamed up with Spirits of Anarchy Birmingham’s own craft spirits crew to create cocktails that celebrate natural ingredients and local spirit.
For the health-conscious crowd, our Mad Mex Protein menu serves up macro-friendly Mexican inspired dishes and Mad Protein smoothies. Because eating well shouldn’t mean eating boring.
